Altair, the developer of the HyperWorks computer-aided engineering software suite, has announced the addition of TES International’s software ElectroFlo to the group of applications available through the HyperWorks Partner Alliance (HWPA). ElectroFlo is an electronics cooling package with a user-friendly graphical interface used for the thermal analysis of electrical components and systems.
ElectroFlo can be used in any electronics application, including component-level testing and circuit board analysis. In addition to thermal analysis, it can also be used to measure computation fluid dynamics (CFD).
Altair’s vice president of global partner programs, Antoine Poussier, hopes that with the addition of ElectroFlo to the HyperWorks Partner Alliance, engineers from many industries will be able to utilize the benefits of ElectroFlo more easily in their product development process to create innovative concepts and products.
