Thermal management solutions company Sapa Extrusions North America has created two thermal management “centers of excellence” at the company’s Mountain Top, Pa. and City of Industry, Calif. locations. According to the company, the “center of excellence” designation is a new indicator within Sapa’s thermal management business unit that will provide “dedicated thermal management expertise” to customers.
“These two Sapa locations are optimal for the production of heat sinks and other thermal products,” Stephen Jackson, business development manager for thermal management at Sapa Extrusions North America, said.
According to the company, the strategic location of the new production facilities on both coasts “will allow Sapa to reduce shipping time and cost for thermal management customers, as well as [provide] centralized expertise for more complex thermal management products.”
