Nautic Partners, LLC has announced the completion of thermal management solutions company Aavid Thermalloy, LLC to an investor group led by Audax Private Equity.
Aavid is a designer and manufacturer of high-performance thermal management products designed for heat dissipation in electronic components used in servers, telecommunications equipment, transportation systems and industrial electronics.
