AMETEK Rotron, a manufacturer of brushless DC motors, blowers and pumps for aerospace, military and computer applications, has released two vaneaxial fans equipped with brushless DC induction motors for use in tightly packaged electronic and optical equipment.
According to the company, the fans are designed for “years of dependable use in highly demanding process-critical military and commercial applications.”
The Nanos II/3 delivers a maximum airflow of 5.7 cfm and measures 25.9 x 25. 9 x 30 mm while the Minimax delivers a maximum airflow of 9 cfm and measures 33.02 mm square by 44.7 mm long. Both fans meet the requirements of MIL-B-28873.
