A new mobile CPU cooler for industrial PCs has been released by Taiwan-based thermal and metal products manufacturer FZtech. According to the company, the Freezer 200 cooler is available with a two ball bearing, and users have the option of including pulse-width modulation capabilities in their CPU cooler “in order to optimize cooling with fan speed changing automatically, based on CPU loading activity.”
Compatible with the INTEL mobile type CPU (up to 65W solution), the standard model Freezer 200 cooler features a fan speed of 5300 rpm (±10 percent) with airflow of 11.06 cfm (±10 percent) and noise of 33 dBA. In the PWN-enabled model, fan speed operates within a range of 500 (±300) to 5300 rpm (±10 percent) with maximum airflow of 11.06 cfm (±10 percent) and a noise range of 14-33 dBA. All of the fans used in Freezer 200 CPU coolers have a rated voltage of 12 volts.
