Abstracts are currently sought for a seminar on the Thermal Management of Electronic Systems, to be held in June of next year in Limerick, Ireland. Abstract submission deadline is 20 December 2013.
The aim of the seminar is to bring together researchers, academics and practitioners interested in the application area of thermal management. The seminar will feature invited lectures from recognized academic and industrial experts, and presentation of the contributed papers and posters. Scientific scope will cover technologies and tools for thermal management in applications ranging from consumer products and lighting, through computing and communications, to industrial, automotive and avionics.
