The availability of the NT100 sub-micon spatial resolution thermoreflectance thermal imaging system at this price meets the need for a low cost solution for non-invasive thermal design verification, reliability analysis, and quality control of today’s advanced microelectronic devices, the company said. Transient capability with 5 microseconds resolution is available with the NT110 for time-dependent thermal analysis.
