Creative Materials, Inc, a manufacturer of adhesives, conductive inks and coatings, has announced its acquisition of Noelle Industries.
Noelle Industries manufactures adhesive, coatings, encapsulants, potting compounds and more.
“Their products are specialty-formulated epoxies, urethanes, silicones and UV-curable acrylic materials that are widely used in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, mechanical assembly and other OEM markets,” according to Creative Materials.
The staff from Noelle will move to the Creative Material’s facility in Ayer, Mass., and will complete business as a division of Creative Materials.
The two companies will combine their manufacturing operations and strengths to move forward together.
