TECA Corporation’s TLC-900 Bench Top Liquid Chiller has recently been upgraded with a Pulse Width Modulating (PWM) controller incorporating four PID temperature ranges.
This upgrade will improve temperature control over a wide temperature range while keeping it’s standard USB communications and operational and data logging software.
The product has a new, more rugged design with an “increased durability for a wider variety of application environments such as truck beds, factory floors and lab benches,” according to TECA, but “still offers precision liquid cooling and heating utilizing Peltier technology (reliable and maintenance free) with 4 pump options to meet a wide range of flow requirements in applications from laboratory, industry and manufacturing.”
Standard features of the new liquid chiller include “remote sensing for improved temperature control and fan speed control- which reduces noise by slowing the fan automatically as the unit reaches its set point,” TECA said.
