The biennial ITherm Achievement Award is open for nominations for 2016.
The Award is presented in recognition of significant contributions made in thermal and thermomechanical management of electronics, of pioneering and sustaining electronics thermal/thermomechanical research contributions, of service to the electronics thermal/thermo-mechanical management community, and of support of ITherm-related activities, as stated on the ITherm website.
The recipient will attend the 2016 ITherm Conference Banquet, Las Vegas, NV, with complimentary travel, lodging, and conference registration, where they will receive the Award which includes a memento, a plaque, and an honorarium, and give an Invited Lecture on the topic of their choosing.
Nomination letters and support letters must be submitted by March 1, 2016.
