Heico Companies LLC has acquired all assets and operations of Wakefield Solutions and Vette Corp, including Coolcentric.
The Heico Companies is a parent holding company with a portfolio of more than 35 businesses involved in manufacturing, construction and industrial services.
Wakefield Thermal Solutions is one of the world’s leading vertically integrated designers and manufacturers of branded aluminum thermal management solutions and aluminum extrusions. Wakefield’s extrusion operation manufactures extruded aluminum needed for its thermal management products, as well as custom and catalog aluminum extrusions for external sales.
Vette Corp is a global design, engineering and manufacturing company with years of experience solving cooling challenges, at the component, system and facility level. Coolcentric, a division of Vette Corp, provides liquid cooling systems helping data center owners across the globe who are searching for ways to reduce energy consumption.
The two companies have merged to form Wakefield-Vette.
