ASYMBLIX announced the availability of several new features and products related to its Retrofit Heat Exchanger (RHX) and OSP cabinet retrofit kits. The RHX, a flexible OSP cabinet retrofit cooling solution, now boasts a temperature-sensing, variable speed fan controller (VSC) and a new hinged intake. The VSC permits less fan noise at lower temperatures by reducing fan speed but also has prolonged fan life, reduced power consumption, and the ability to maintain internal cabinet airflow across a wider temperature range. The Hinged Intake enables the outer loop air inlet to swing down for ease of cleaning.
